Anyhoo, Jamie is going through some sort of developmental leap. He has decided to forgo sleep until he reaches the aforementioned milestone, leaving the rest of us bleary eyed and grouchy. He is talking like a fool so that can't be it. He is running and skipping and climing everything in site, so that isn't it. And then it hit me, he can't jump. It is really pissing him off too.
I just watched him dance all over the living room and then stop, look at his feet like he was trying to tell them somthing and then NOT jump. He can skip and gallop, but he has been trying in vain for days to actually jump. He seems to understand that he can't do it too. Just now, when he was trying to do it, he bent over and got all the momentum going in the right direction but when he tried to jump it was like he was glued in one place.
It is a little funny to watch, since is seems so efortless to do for me, but it is a little like trying to wiggle your ears, thinking you should be able to do it does nothing to actually get them to move. Unless you are a ear wiggler, I think you see my point.
Okay here is just one random picture because I knew you were not imaginative enough to conjure a image as adorable as this in your inernet warped mind.

ha! that's hilarious. Cracking up imagining him all ready to go with his feet firmly planted. Poor little guy! He'll get it.
