Jamie had a few days of quick learning. He started saying ball, apple and, most exciting, Willie.
You may recall that his first word, more than six months ago, was Oscar-or "Atah", as it sounds. Finally Wilson is getting equal treatment.
He has been proudly saying Willie over and over again, seeing how it feels rolling off his tounge. His pronunciation has a distinctly french quality to it. Willie sounds more like "Ouile"-he is very cosmopolitan, my child.
Apple was another addition this week, both to his diet and vocabulary-he discovered he liked both.
His "soundcabulary' continues to grow, as well. His elephant trumpet is getting quite good, and he has added baa baa and snorting like a pig. His monkey is really hilarious.

It is so fun to watch-and listen to him learn.
